**The role**
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks as part of the selection process.
- Assisting the onboarding process for new hires, data collection, contract signing, and conducting presentation related to employee benefits.
- Support office operations
- Support administration process
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- Able to commit to a 3 months internship period. Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates.
- Highly motivated, nimble, and takes initiative to take up new challenges
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Passion to create an inclusive, high performance and fun work culture
- Good English proficiency is a must.
- Able to use Google Workspace, and proficient in Excel.
- Able to multitask with a positive attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities & demands in a fast-paced working environment.
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Bachelor's degree from any major and passion in HR.
- Knowledge of employment law
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an advantage
