Finecast planner
- FCAP (SQL Coding, ad-tech integrations, data identification and data integrations)

Supply
- development (identification, testing, supporting partners in tech enablement and finally integrating into Finecast supply)
- Working alongside highly experienced groupM local and regional leaders.

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- Connect to all local and regional team and get a thorough understanding of product and its features
- Understand and explore the competitive product technology landscape
- Understand and explore the supply technology landscape

**In six months**:

- Support the ongoing product, Supply and platform developments that will enable Finecast to build a best in class set of features and functionality.

**In 12 months**:

- The Product Manager will be expected to work independently with stakeholders in the business, as well as external suppliers and technology providers, to build out and maintain a cohesive strategy for product development and management.

**What your day job looks like at GroupM**:

- Assess and prioritize projects to determine the focus.
- Identify and priorities new product features to enhance the Finecast offering.
- Build and maintain a cohesive strategy for product development and management.
- Research market trends and new technologies to keep up to date with the industry and inform product roadmap.
- Define and execute product vision and strategy for current and new products.
- Design and scope new products to align with the strategy of the business.
- Support and input into the global product strategy.
- Support business investment decision with insight and business case development.
- Review the assessment and enhancement of current product suite to ensure that they are fit for their purpose.
- Work with product marketing on product positioning so that there is consistent messaging delivered
- Work with third-party suppliers to coordinate and manage ongoing service agreements
- Manage RFPs for new systems and services related to product development
- Lead testing programmes for new products and features
- Inform product pricing decisions to ensure profitability
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5+years product management or development
- Proven record of delivering on key business objectives
- Media industry experience, preferably within an agency, ad tech company or media owner
- Knowledge of media trading, ideally video and TV
- Project management (agile, waterfall, etc.)
- Comfortable in speaking to any level of seniority
- Exposure to business development practices
- Knowledge of and experience with:

- Digital advertising technology
- Front-end development and UX
- Data management and analytics
- Proficiency with SQL across multiple database platforms (MySQL, SQLServer)
- Relevant degree
- Fluent in English and exceptional communication skills
