Process And Maintain Accurate Trading And Distribution Documents, Including Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders, And Packing Lists.
- Ensure Adherence To Company Policies And Procedures Related To Trading And Distribution Activities.
- Liaise With Internal Departments (E.G., Sales, Logistics) And External Suppliers To Ensure Smooth Coordination And Timely Fulfillment Of Orders.
- Prepare And Maintain Reports Related To Trading And Distribution Activities (E.G., Inventory Reports, Sales Reports).
- Assist With Data Entry And Management Of Trading And Distribution Information In Relevant Software Systems.
- Answer Phone Inquiries And Handle Administrative Tasks Related To The Trading And Distribution Department.
- Assist With Filing And Document Management Related To Trading And Distribution Activities.
- Understand And Analyze Basic Legal Documents Related To Trading And Distribution (E.G., Contracts, Invoices).
**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Commerce, Or A Related Field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably Within A Trading Or Distribution Environment.
- Strong Understanding Of Basic Trading And Distribution Principles.
- Excellent Organizational, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks Effectively.
- Strong Attention To Details And Accuracy.
- Ability To Understand And Analyze Basic Legal Documents Related To Trading And Distribution.
- Fluency In Bahasa Indonesia And Good English Communication Skills.

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
