A Business Development Manager is responsible for helping dentsu obtain better brand recognition and financial growth for its ecommerce business. A core focus is to coordinate with Total Commerce unit team and agency operational unit leaders to drive business value and improve revenue margins for an internal organization and clients.

**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Group Commerce Director to determine Revenue and ROI targets based on the e-commerce unit roadmap.- Works collaboratively across dentsu Indonesia and across network as needed using good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and dentsu.- Identify, outreach, and negotiate partnership opportunities with external organizations (specific with e-commerce growth platforms, enablers, data providers, public policy, network infrastructure, multimedia, etc.)- Drive end to end pitch processes from the start till the final stage, and supervise client sign-off.- Developing strategies for mutually beneficial initiatives with internal dentsu units and external parties.- Support on new clients integration process working closely with dentsu units and the client.- Amplify business outcomes of existing partnerships.
