- Support the best shopper experience in omnichannel accounts with well-integrated campaign communications & activations, ensuring alignment with the overall brand message and strategy.
- Support business process on the overall shopper journey across various channels, including online platforms & brand’s social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative documentations.
- Work closely with Modern Trade KAMs + Omnichannel Manager to assist in coordinating activations & administrative tasks related to omnichannel development.
- Assist to compile focus accounts’ campaign details and populate all information into one template.
- Support in the creation, curation, and optimization of content for different channels by collaborating with creative agency.
- Collaborate with media agencies for material posting schedule Procucts in Instagram accounts with respective redirection links
