**Role Summary**:
**What will we be expecting you to do?**
- Your training will conducted in our office in Malaysia for 6 months
- Identify the requirement of clients
- Fixing appointments to meet &present company services
- Prepare the quotation
- Follow up the quotation & close
- Identify the resource for the client's talent requirement
- Posting job advertisement in various portals
- Meeting monthly KPI
- Coordinate and submitting reports required by HQ
- Liaising with local EPF, Socso, MDA, HRDF, ESD local authorities for registration
- Finding new office locations for Australia, Philippines, USA,Europe, etc.,
- Arranging both internal and external events
**Are you the one we are looking for?**
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. (At least 1 year experience in administration is an added advantage.
- Diploma or Degree qualifications in Business Administration is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Able to speak and write in English and Malay, as well as understand Indonesian
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and have self-initiative.
