Business Coordinator

**About the role**:
The Business Coordinator will act at the frontline - to ensure the quality of the business is being implemented by other departments. is person will help to ensure the sales team is function at its most efficient. The business Coordinator is an experienced Salesperson, who has the knowledge and the understanding of the industry. This role reports to ID Head of Sales.
**What you'll be doing**:
**Sales QA and Development**:
- Monitor and discuss with country managers on sales performances, provide insights and ideas on improving sales performances.
- Coordinate, manage sales department activities and communicate with Head of Sales
**Training**:
- Create training plan and evaluate sales new hire during training
- QA sales and provide PIP for non-performing sales staff
**IB support**:
- Participate in meetings with IBs and sales to ensure Sales has properly KYC the IB and report to Head of Sales
- Provide additional insights regarding clients or 18s on weekly meetings with sales to tailor support plan for IB
**Business Procedures**:
- Monitor SLAs and efficiency of other departments and communicate for improvement.
- Identify Gap, create POI plan and escalate to Head of Sales
- Provide oversight for regional's business processes
**Technology Operation**:
- Manage and distribute leads given from marketing campaigns to Sales
- Assist in day-to-day adhoc tasks related to computer/IT help desk
**Requirements**:
**What you'll need**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FX
- At least 2 years of sales training experience or in the similar role
- IT background is a plus. Computer literate with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office Applications and other CRM systems
- Strong management skill
- Sensitive to number, detail minded and logical thinking.
- Multitasking and able to complete assigned task within deadline and under pressure
- Excellent people skills, ability to manage/resolve conflict
- Proactiveness, problem solving skills
- Fast learner and able to take up new job knowledge and skill
- An effective communicator with a good command of English and native Indonesian
**Desirable**:
- A person in the similar role with at least 5 years of sales experience in FX industry
- IT or training experience is a must
- Strong management or influencing skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Customer oriented and result-oriented
