**Job description**
**Job Title**: Admin Coordinator
**Location**: Jakarta, **100% REMOTE ROLE, Working in US/EU time zone**
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with software and digital tool management to ensure smooth operations.
- **Project Management Tools**: Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, track progress, and support efficient project workflows.
- **Office Operations**: Oversee day-to-day office functions, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and maintain organized systems to optimize productivity.
- **Documentation & Correspondence**: Handle all documentation, record-keeping, and communications to support departmental needs efficiently and accurately.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time.
- **HR Assistance**: Assist with basic HR functions, including record maintenance, scheduling meetings, and supporting onboarding processes.
- **Finance Support**: Handle tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget reporting to support the finance team.
- **Adaptability**: Proactively learn and implement new tools and software to enhance productivity.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM or HR software is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High standards for accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Tech Savvy**: Strong aptitude for technology, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools; CRM or HR software knowledge is a plus.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
