**About the Role**

This is a fulltime role based in Jakarta, Indonesia to service our operation in Australia and Indonesia.

Ideally you will have 1-2 year experience as Procurement / Purchasing Admin managing end-to-end procurement process such as quotation, ordering, stock management, invoicing, and warranty claims.

You enjoy helping people; collaborating with offshore colleagues; have an eye for detail; are passionate about customer service.

**The responsibilities of this role include**:
Job responsibilities are to assist with all procurement process for both internal use and external clients, including but not limited to:

- Assist with identifying requirement and specification of required goods and services
- Document and track the entire process in accordance with company policies and procedures in our procurement system
- To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements as specified
- To prepare and provide quotation to external clients (and internal department) and record in our system
- To receive approval from to external clients (and internal department) and record in our system
- To negotiate pricing, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements.
- To prepare the purchase order in our system and place it with the supplier
- To monitor and follow up on outstanding purchase order, delivery, dispatch, and record in our system
- To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers as per the required needs and fund availabilities
- Monitoring of stock delivery to ensure that all stocks are invoiced timely and appropriately?
- Being responsible for recording all stock movements including returning of stock
- Following up on warranty registration and warranty claims
- Coordinate with offshore staff to perform stock-take on regular basis

**About You**
- **Fluent business grade English both spoken and written**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing staff, sales administration, customer service, or account management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- **CRM & Technical Skills**: Proficiency in any CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- **Team-Oriented**: A proactive and collaborative approach to work, supporting both the sales team and the broader organization.
