- Previous work experience in procurement or administration would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites (esp. spreadsheets)

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with users, suppliers and shipping agents to fulfill company's various needs
- Create recap and safe-keep company's documents such as delivery orders, POs, quotations, etc.
- Build network with various goods and service providers
- Perform research for best quality and value for different projects
- Assist in purchasing processes, such as preparing and issuing procurement documents like Requests for Quotation, Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain and organize all procurement documents, both electronically and physically.
- Follow up on the payment process to suppliers and ensure all payments are made on time.
- Monitor and track product deliveries to ensure they are timely and meet specifications.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and coordinate with them regarding delivery scheduling and problem resolution.
- Compile and maintain supplier data, including contact details, assessment data, and historical information.
- Prepare and present procurement reports periodically to management.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Procurement: 1 year (required)
