Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and business development within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management experience.

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive forces.
Develop and adapt sales and marketing strategies to respond to market changes and opportunities.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation.
Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the team.
Develop and manage the department's budget.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, making adjustments as needed.
Ensure all sales and client-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
