KALMAN Marketing Agency is looking for **Web and IT Administrator** If you’re tech-savvy and have a passion for solving challenges, this role is for you

**What will you do?**
- Manage and maintain websites, ensuring they are secure, functional, and up-to-date
- Manage and maintain the agency’s IT systems, hardware, and software
- Ensure network security and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to the team for day-to-day IT needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to websites and IT systems
- Support digital tools and platforms for various projects and campaigns
- Ensure system and data security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
- Collaborate with the team to implement technical solutions to improve efficiency

**What do you need to have?**
- Basic understanding of WordPress (preferred)
- Familiarity with IT systems, networks, and data security protocols
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
