Job Description

Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures.

Oversee IT infrastructure, programming and operations.

Lead IT projects and collaborate with departments.

Ensure compliance and evaluate emerging technologies.

Manage vendor relationships and disaster recovery plans.

Monitor IT performance and trends.

Lead strategic IT programs and drive collaboration.

Provide updates to senior management and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Proven experience as a Head of IT, IT Director, or in a senior IT leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

In-depth knowledge of IT systems, programming, infrastructure, and architecture, with hands-on experience in network administration, systems integration, and cybersecurity.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of IT professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering IT solutions that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Experience in IT project management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
