What You'll Do:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide tailored business solutions.
- Conduct market research to analyze and strategize sales opportunities.
- Prepare data-driven sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve sales targets and meet key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Streamline sales processes to ensure efficient handling of client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
- Support additional projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the travel insurance, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
- A professional, solutions-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
