**The Opportunity**:
As the Head of Finance, you will be a key player in our journey, shaping our financial department and playing a crucial role in our product and operations. This is not merely a leadership position; it's an opportunity to be part of a significant movement. Working closely with our passionate team, you will lead our financial strategy, enhance operations, and ensure our growth aligns with our vision to democratize homeownership.

**What You Will Do**:

- Devise and implement financial strategies that support our mission and enhance operational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in steering our product direction and operational choices.
- Engage in Product Development. Take an active role in product discussions and development. Your financial insights will be key to shaping our offerings, ensuring they are market-fit and financially sound.
- Financial Operations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize efficiency. Ensure the integrity and security of our financial operations.
- Bridge finance with other departments, integrating financial strategy with product development and operational initiatives to spur innovation and efficiency.

**Who You Are**:

- An experienced finance leader with a robust background in fintech or related sectors, including significant roles in reputable firms (e.g., Big 4, McKinsey, or similar) and practical corporate experience in a tech-forward environment.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial planning and execution, well-versed in financial regulations, accounting principles, and advanced financial modeling.
- An outstanding communicator and collaborator who can connect finance with product development and operations, ensuring financial strategies support company-wide objectives.
- Innovative and adaptable, excited about the challenge of impacting homeownership in Indonesia and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior finance roles, ideally in fintech or tech-driven organizations.
- A history of success in strategic planning, financial analysis, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

Pay: From Rp60,000,000 per month
