**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create new work processes and be able to review, analyze, evaluate, add/ensure control, report and supervision functions and be able to document them in the form of internal regulations (such as policies and procedures) according to company standards.
- Able to analyze the gap/bottle neck of work processes and find potential/opportunities for innovative and applicable improvement ideas from the Company's work processes.
- Understand the work process that has been made/documented, compare it with the actual implementation through observation, process audits, direct interviews, able to analyze differences/gaps, identify problems and root causes, propose improvements, risk analysis that can be described in the audit/compliance report properly and in relation to the revision of the Company's documents that have been made previously.
- Able to make presentations, create MoM on running projects with multiple teams across the organization.
- Actively participate in the socialization of new work processes/improvements of work processes that have been made according to the direction of Superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree (majoring in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Analyst)
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Have ISO certification
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Able to work multitasking and under pressure
- Able to work together in a team
- Possess good spoken & written skills in English
