We are currently seeking a dedicated **Forex Sales Support professional to join our Jakarta and Surabaya office.**

**Position Summary**: The Sales Support role is essential in assisting our sales team with lead generation, client relationship management, and administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive, customer-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of the forex industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including handling client onboarding, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the sales team including manage client inquiries, providing timely responses and support to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client information records within the CRM systems, and prepare sales reports to track client engagement and satisfaction
- Support the sales team in identifying new client leads and assist to setting up meetings
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare for sales presentation materials and campaigns to acquire potential clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably within the forex or financial services industry
- Familiarity with forex trading platforms and financial products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with forex trading platforms, CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think critically and provide practical solutions to client inquiries.
- A proactive, client-oriented approach with a focus on team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Based in Jakarta & Surabaya, Indonesia
- Willing to complete a training program in Head Office
