Senior Business Development Manager

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible for the assigned markets and accountable for the company reputation
- Work in close collaboration with other departments and other functions regionally and globally
- Develop and implement hub strategy for assigned markets to maximize business potentials for Siemens Energy
- In liaise with various departments and businesses, initiate and develop a healthy business opportunity pipeline for entire Siemens Energy portfolio
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (End client, EPCs, Consultants, etc)
- Act as an adviser to external stakeholders to best position SE Technology in early phase
- Collaborate with Business Areas to drive early engagement and a clear win strategy.
- Support Business Area sales in preparing budgetary quotations by clearly articulating SE value proposition vs the competition.
- Support the team in clarification, negotiations until contract closure.
- Any other assignments
**What You Bring**
- At least 7 years’ experience in industrial sector with proven track record in developing successful complex businesses.
- Strong network with developers, End clients, EPCs, Consultants, and related stakeholders necessary for success
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, with experience in scouting and developing deals.
- Winning personality, a good listener, and a good communicator
- Ability to work with different cultures and a team player
- Quick learner and open to learn new things
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of business developers based in Indonesia
