**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and produce high-quality video content for YouTube.
- Manage the entire video production process, from storyboarding to editing.
- Optimise videos for YouTube, ensuring platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader campaigns.
- Track and analyse video performance for continuous improvement.

**Scope of Work**:

- Produce a steady stream of short-form and long-form videos each month.
- Edit and enhance video content with voiceovers and sound design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
- Strong understanding of YouTube video production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for storytelling and creativity.
