**Role Overview**:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of Bali.Love across all digital platforms. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help enhance our online presence, grow our audience, and drive engagement. You'll work closely with the marketing, design, and event planning teams to bring the magic of Bali.Love to life on social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools and metrics to make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up to date with trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep Bali.Love ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within the wedding, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software is a plus.
- A passion for weddings, love stories, and Bali’s vibrant culture.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
