**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Bali.Love's brand vision and business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers, ensuring high-quality content production.
- Create and oversee the production of engaging content across various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that leverage content to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Bali.Love remains a leader in content marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in content strategy and management, preferably within the wedding or travel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring a creative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
