In this role, you will work alongside the Executive Chef and skilled colleagues to prepare the highest quality food from recipes. **Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Preparing all pastries/bakeries product consistently and focus on top food quality
- Following all established recipes, techniques, and sanitation guidelines to ensure consistent quality and safety standards
- Monitoring food inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order and reporting any maintenance issues to the Executive Chef
- Ensuring that HACCP are applied on daily operational
