- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
- Helps the sous chef in all his/her duties
- Carries out and coordinates the organisation, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests with guidance of sous chef
- Helps, guide, and supervise commis to improve their skills for career development

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as DCDP/CDP Pastry and Bakery
- Good communications skills
- Good knowledge of Pastry and Bakery product
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
