As an Area Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our B2B customers to provide innovative and environmentally friendly solutions tailored to their needs. You play an important part influencing overall customer happiness and achieving annual sales growth aspirations.
**Your daily work includes**:
Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management.
Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.
May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support

- Taking ideas and turning them into compelling stories that customers want to experience and hear about is your personal claim.
- You have passion for Siemens solutions, products, and services, understanding of their value and the ability to help customers get the most out of our portfolio. (e.g., HMI, SINAMICS, TIA Portal).
- You’re proficient in different sales techniques adapting to the situation and customer to achieve the best outcome for the business with focus on a trustful and sustainable relationship.
- Thanks to your reliable and proactive way of working and your consulting competence, you represent yourself at eye level for your customers and show ability and confidence to work through tough situations if they arise.
- Personally, you score with excellent listening skills and an outspoken, open appearance.
- Language skills: High proficiency in English and Native language Bahasa Indonesia
