**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**What will you be doing?**
- Write Job Descriptions (JD) and post jobs on various channels and job boards.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment (e.g. sourcing, interview scheduling, screening, closing) for a department or team.
- Assist in ad-hoc admin tasks, and reporting for the Talent Acquisition team and various hiring managers.
- Work on employer branding initiatives and to attract applicants such as posting on social media about people and culture in Aspire.

**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:

- Graduates of Bachelor Degree
- Overall 3-5 years of working experience as minimum.
- Minimum 1 years of experience working as an in-house recruiter, ideally in a Tech/fintech company.
- Experience with tech hiring and agency recruiting experience is a nice-to-have.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Data driven.
- Strong problem solving, communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, and resourceful.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
