Bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan dan perluasan peluang bisnis perusahaan, dengan cara membangun hubungan dengan customer potensial, dan mengimplementasikan strategi pertumbuhan line bisnis perusahaan melalui finished product, private label/maklon dan ekstrak pada industri farmasi/herbal, food & beverage dan klinik-klinik kesehatan/pengobatan tradisional maupun modern.
- Menguasai wilayah kerjanya dengan sangat baik.
- Mengembangkan dan memperluas line bisnis perusahaan pada Industri Farmasi/Herbal, Food n Beverage dan Klinik-klinik kesehatan/pengobatan pada wilayah tanggung jawabnya.
- Mencari dan mengembangkan serta menambah customer Distributor, Klinik-klinik kesehatan/pengobatan dan lainya.
- Mencari dan mengembangkan serta memperluas customer pada line bisnis Maklon/Private Label dan ekstrak.
- Membangun relasi dan hubungan yang baik dengan Customer yang ada dan potensial, serta memelihara komunikasi yang baik.
- Bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan dan penambahan customer yang berkelanjutan.
- Siap bekerja untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan.
- SMK/D3 - S1 Jurusan Farmasi/Teknologi Pangan/Marketing/Kesehatan
- Fresh Graduate atau lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang pemasaran dan pengembangan bisnis B2B (Maklon/Private Label) mínimal 1 Tahun
- Menyukai dunia Penjualan/ Pengembangan Bisnis
- Mempunyai Kepercayaan Diri yang Tinggi
- Komunikatif, Persuasif, mudah beradaptasi
- Penampilan menarik
- Terbiasa dengan target kerja dan dedikasi yang tinggi
- Bisa Bahasa Inggris Lisan atau tulisan
- Mampu membangun hubungan dengan Customer
- Mahir dalam mempresentasikan Produk/layanan kepada Customer
- MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) atau aplikasi presentasi lainnya.
- Penempatan Kerja (Area Jakarta-Surabaya-Bali-Medan-Makasar)
