- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) Psychology or Human Resources
- Good Communication, Teamwork, and Goal Oriented
- 2+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the IT industry or handle IT Role
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, including software development, database administration, and network engineering
- A deep understanding of the industry and market trends in talent acquisition, as well as familiarity with best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to analyse recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
