The Finance Operations Manager will be the finance business partner to our ID business team and be responsible for the end-to-end business operation process, including but not limited to, loan disbursement, repayment, withdrawals, reconciliation, and escrow management.

**What you will do**:

- You will take responsibilities for business operations system and book-keeping within company business transactions
- You will support and find solutions to discrepancies by working with other function and correcting any erroneous information or calculations
- You will ensure the internal system is accurately recorded on daily basis - reconciling to bank statement and dealing with posting errors
- You will manage financial operations for ID, SG, VN, including loan operations [FS1] and financial covenants management
- You will oversee and manage cash flow for weekly disbursement and repayment forecast
- You will liaise with Bank representative and fulfill external audit requirement
- You will take lead to develop and improve efficient and effective methods on operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- You will produce monthly reports for internal data such as partnerships, lenders, and borrowers’ portfolio / reports
- You will be overseeing all supervisor/staff on daily operations and review all transactions
- You will ensure all staffs are fully informed of the project or product flow and utilizations
- You will perform and assist on the business requirement document (BRD) for all new project/product and issue raised

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- You have bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
- You bring in 5+ years’ relevant experience in a financial operations management position
- You have strong operations development and oversight skills
- You have excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and financial
- You have rich experience and understanding managing debt financing loan operations and financial covenants
- It would be great if you have experience in a start-up environment
