As a Sales Operations Manager at SMEVentures, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by overseeing and optimizing our sales processes and operations. Your responsibilities will encompass designing and implementing efficient workflows, managing CRM systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effectiveness of our sales strategies. You'll lead a dynamic team and be a key driver in achieving our acquisition goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Process Optimization**: Analyze, design, and implement streamlined sales processes to enhance lead generation, acquisition, and conversion.

2. **CRM Management**: Manage and optimize our cloud-based CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) to maximize the efficiency of our sales teams.

3. **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales operations team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.

4. **Data Analysis**: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and improve sales performance, providing regular reports and dashboards.

5. **Workflow Automation**: Identify opportunities for workflow automation, leveraging tools such as Zapier or Make to enhance efficiency.

6. **Project Management**: Oversee and coordinate sales-related projects, collaborating with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday) to ensure successful execution.

7. **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation for sales processes, strategies, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, process optimization, and CRM management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday).
- Basic understanding of low-code integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) and coding concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
