**Position Overview**:As the Director for Surabaya region, you will be a pivotal force in defining and executing the strategic vision for our client's operations in the region. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will play a key role in overseeing operations, cultivating client relationships, and fostering business growth.

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure operational efficiency and uphold service excellence.
- Implement operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- ** Client Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in Surabaya, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development efforts.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire the Surabaya team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.
- ** Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Surabaya region.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.
- Represent the company in industry events and forums.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership experience, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the Surabaya market and business landscape.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
