Our client (employer) is fast growing Silicon Valley based Financial Technology company operating in Indonesia that offers data driven PayLater financing to the FMCG merchants in partnership with large FMCG's companies like Unilever and Danone. Their mission is to alleviate poverty and empower women by enabling unbanked micro merchants purchase inventory without having to make upfront payments. 80% of their borrowers are unbanked, and 70% are women. The business operates in Indonesia with funding and support from ADB, East Venture 500 Startups, and Michael Sampoerna.

**Achieving the company business objective**:

- Number of Distributors Acquired
- Number of Outlets Acquired
- Growth & credit utilization of Outlets
- Collection & NPL
- DSI (Distributor Satisfaction Index)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Relationship Manager & Principal at area for prospecting the Distributors owners convincing them the FTI value proposition to acquire the DTs as FTI’s customers.
- Coordinate with Operation manager of Distributors to direct, control, motivate, and mentor the salesman in order to achieve the targeted KPI’s.
- Coordinating with OM of Distributors through SLD ensures that all outlets that join the FTI credit program achieve the growth that has been determined.
- Conduct analysis and diagnosis at outlet outlets that have not yet grown, propose solutions and coordinate with OM of DTs to take action.
- Coordinating with OM of Distributors through SLD ensures that all outlets targeted by FTI credit program participants make payments on time.
- Manage to collection from Distributors to FTI is on time.
- Perform analysis and diagnosis at problematic outlets, propose solutions and coordinate with OM of Distributors to take action.
- Controlling the NPL, and providing recommendations for minimizing the NPL
- Coordinating with related parties to support the operation of the established FTI credit program.
- Coordinate with Distributor to deliver reports according to the predetermined format and deadlines
- Handling distributor complaints related to the FTI program in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**Requirements**:

- At least bachelor degree from reputable university
- At least 5 years of leadership experience at FMCG both at distributor and Principal particularly multinational FMCG companies.
- Having extensive network of distributor Unilever, Nestle, Coca Cola, Danone, Frisian Flag and any others local famous FMCG companies.
- Agile, Innovative, creative, and problem solver.
- Hands on experience, self starter, and able to work under pressure.
- Understand commercial Selling, excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skill.
- Digital savvy & understand distributor financial analysis.
