Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - YogyakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Monitor and identify area for improvement for KYC pass rate and Agent Utilization
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end KYC process, including customer identification, verification, and due diligence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC-related activities.
- Prepare and send driver acquisition invitations and ensure all necessary information and documentation is provided.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and driver acquisition activities.
- Monitor the driver acquisition tracker to ensure all new drivers are progressing through the driver acquisition process.
- Generate and analyze reports on driver acquisition progress, identifying any bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Create and running driver acquisition innitiatives.
- Receive and prioritize driver acquisition related escalations issue from the Customer Service (CS) team.
- Analyze and investigate issues raised in tickets to provide appropriate resolutions.
- Working and collaborate with Expansion team for driver acquisition in expansion cities.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years experience in operations, preferably minimum at the supervisor level from Multi National Company.
- D3/S1 Graduate from any major.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset (able to understand the context, find the correlation between topic, and draw the conclusion).
- Having good understanding about supply and demand planning and control.
- Proficiency in english (written).
- Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet and create on slide/PPT.
- Team player (adaptable, communicative, strategic, collaborative).
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to create creative solutions and initiative toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly.
- Having good communication skills and good attention to detail and easy to engage with regional team.
