**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Visits**: Perform routine visits to a minimum of 14 offline stores and 40 online stores daily, following the established call plan.
- **Effective Call Management**: Ensure that effectiveness targets are met by visiting at least 14 offline stores and 25 online stores per day, as outlined in the performance plan.
- **New Store Acquisition**: Acquire a minimum of 3 new stores daily to expand market coverage and drive growth.
- **Store Reactivation**: Reactivate at least 3 inactive stores each day to increase activity and promote transactions.
- **Store Maintenance**:Monitor and ensure that visited stores remain active and operational, fostering long-term business relationships.
- **Communication Management**: Oversee and manage WhatsApp groups for Partners at levels 3-5, ensuring clear and efficient communication and providing ongoing support.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct online training sessions twice a week to support partner development, offering guidance and enhancing performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required.
- **Experience**: Preferably has prior experience in sales or marketing, with a focus on the consumer goods industry.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams effectively.
- **Strategic Planning**: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and communicate them effectively.
- **Fieldwork Orientation**: Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, with a strong commitment to conducting daily store visits and managing online partner engagement.
- **Mobility**: Must own a private vehicle and possess in-depth knowledge of the local city area to conduct visits efficiently.
- **Reporting**: Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, providing insights and progress updates.
