**Marketing Manager Requirements for DeWave**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a multi-branch or franchise business
- Proven track record of managing marketing strategies across multiple locations or branches
- Strong experience in partner management and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
- Understanding of the health and wellness industry is a plus

- Proficient in delivering presentations, reports, and insights to stakeholders, management, and franchise partners

5. Strategic Planning for Multi-branch Growth:

- Proven ability to design and implement marketing strategies that scale across multiple locations
- Skilled in developing tailored marketing plans that cater to the specific customer demographics of each branch while maintaining brand cohesion

6. Sales & Partnership Development:

- Strong understanding of franchise and partnership models, with experience in developing joint marketing plans with external partners
- Ability to coordinate sales and marketing strategies to optimize performance across all DeWave locations

7. Digital & Offline Marketing Expertise:

- Expertise in both digital (SEO, SEM, social media) and offline marketing strategies tailored for multi-branch operations
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement across various channels.

8. Financial Management & Reporting:

- Experience in managing large marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns
- Ability to track and report key financial metrics, such as ROI, profitability per branch, and customer acquisition costs

9. Adaptability in Managing Multi-location Operations:

- Ability to navigate the complexities of managing operations and marketing for multiple branches with different needs and market conditions
- Open to travel as needed to oversee branch-level operations and campaigns

10. Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including franchise owners, partners, and corporate leadership
- Experience in managing and negotiating with external vendors and service providers.
