We’re looking for a
**Performance Marketing Executive **to join our
**Digital Marketing** team, to oversee the Performance Marketing campaigns for customer acquisition programs for B2B Demand Generation across markets involving Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia and other markets.

You will be looking over the performance marketing campaigns over various channels and continuously optimize the campaigns through A/B Testing, Optimizing Audience, etc. To develop a high-performing campaign as part of B2B Demand Generation engine across markets in Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia and other markets.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Operate day-to-day performance marketing campaigns over Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, Outbrain, etc.
- Continuously doing A/B tests and campaign refinement to dial up performance of lead generation programs.
- Launch and implement optimization programs for performance marketing campaigns.
- Track and report the progression of the campaign to pull out insights for optimization programs.
- Working closely with In-market Product Marketing Teams and Content team to help them analyze trends and opportunities.
- Analyzing the progressive reports of the campaign to determine the optimization programs to be implemented.

- Commercial awareness to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly.
