Job Description Summary:
Manage budget development, review actual spending and support departments in making requests to operational units to make funds for implementation available.
Job Description:
- Lead annual budgeting process.- Review quarterly actual spending.- Manage payments of invoices from external service providers.- Support development of payment approval memos and internal transactions to make funds available for project implementation on site.- Engage and coordinate regularly with colleagues from FinCon and Business control team.- Permanently search improvement opportunities for budgeting process and the review spending efficiency.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.- Minimum 1 year experience as Finance Administrator.- Experience in agribusiness or banking industry will be an advantage.- Able to communicate well in English.- Detail-oriented.- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
