Human Resources Manager

One of our clients, an Australian concept brand, explores art through pleats and colour and is looking for an Human Resources Manager to join their team immediately.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of five years in a human resources role, ideally in a global or multinational environment.
- Experience supporting cross-country HR operations, with a preference for those who have worked in HR Shared Services for a global company.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Skilled in analysing HR metrics and data, leveraging insights to guide strategic HR decisions and improvements.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in relevant jurisdictions.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support HR team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement HR strategy, company rules, and SOPs.
- Develop and implement a performance assessment system (KPI).
- Manage and oversee the renewal process for Expat Employee Visas, Kitas, and Passports.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Identifying training, organising employee training programs.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and Managing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Creating initiatives to boost employee morale and measuring and improving employee engagement.
- Ensuring the organisation follows all employment laws and regulations and upholding ethical standards in HR practices.
- Manage the registration, updates, and termination of employees’ BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Ensure timely and accurate BPJS contributions in compliance with regulations and update policies in line with regulatory changes.
- Provide support to employees regarding their BPJS rights and obligations, and handle claims when necessary.
