**Job Qualification**s**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in related field, preferably in a property developer company.
- Proficient in design software and video editing (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Possesses good communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, creativity, high motivation, strong sense of responsibility, discipline, ability to work swiftly, high work standards, attention to detail, and accustomed to working with deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in BSD.
