1. Memproses onboarding vendor sesuai SOP
2. Memproses penanganan tagihan dari vendor sesuai SOP
3. Mencatat serah terima dokumen kontrak dari divisi terkait
4. Mencatat serah terima barang dengan divisi lain
5. Membuat Purchase Order berdasarkan penawaran terpilih yang diproses sebelumnya oleh tim Procurement
6. Menyusun surat-menyurat untuk tim Procurement (contoh: surat terminasi kerjasama, internal memo, surat
pemberitahuan keluar)
7. Melakukan scan atas dokumen kontrak dan menyimpannya ke Google drive
8. Membantu tim Procurement dalam pekerjaan-pekerjaan lain sesuai kebutuhan
**Qualifications**
1. Memahami proses pekerjaan administratif; plus point bila memiliki pengalaman dalam pekerjaan administrasi
2. Teliti dan rapi
3. Lancar mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan Word dan/atau Google Sheets dan Docs untuk pendataan dan surat
menyurat
4. Lancar berkoordinasi dengan banyak orang
5. Disiplin
6. Terbiasa bekerja dalam tim
