**What you bring**:

- Relevant qualification or experience in guest relations or customer service
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Expressing a knowledge of local of interest, amenities, and cultural experiences
- Consistency and strong attention in details
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Willingness to learn and develop
- A team player
- Indonesian citizen only
