Job Profile
- Conduct recording, analysis and payment process for all staffs ( >2000 employees)
- Liaise with related function to conduct validation and reconciliation of every compensation transaction
- Prepare details Payroll Report to be processed further in Finance
- Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan and PPh 21 are processed efficiently
- Prepare salary transaction to be processed in Bank
- Prepare monthly payroll cost report -Maintain and prepare the tax calculation on benefit in kind which have been paid to employee
- Reconcile headcount, wages and other income data (such overtime, incentives) between employee database or hard copies and Payroll System including to log and report any payroll cases.

Requirement
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Preferably specializing in Payroll & Tax or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree, Accounting, Fiscal Admin or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation & payroll and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Preferably have experience in HRIS and Payroll Information System (LENSA)
- Advance understanding with Government Regulation in Compensation & Benefit such as Implementation & Reporting Tax Article 21 (PPH 21 and its reports), Regulation and Implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Familiar with Indonesia Tax Legislation, Indonesia payroll, Payroll Information System, Tax Calculation (esp. art 21&26) and well-conversant in e-SPT.
- Retail or F&B experiences is preferable
- High commitment to maintain high confidentiality

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Payroll and Competation benefit: 2 years (preferred)
- F&B and Retail: 1 year (preferred)
