**Role Overview: Relationship Manager**
This role will be servicing our Indonesia branch. As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by consistently achieving monthly sales targets and goals. Your responsibilities will include engaging in consultative selling and effectively closing deals, as well as sales-related administrative tasks to support your sales efforts.
**As a Relationship Manager at Lunch Actually, your responsibility will include**:
- Interacting with and handling of high profile clients during one-to-one consultations
- Consultative selling giving presentations and closing
- Achieving monthly personal sales targets and goals
- Completing relevant post-sales admin work on a timely basis
- Following up on inbound leads as well as maintaining existing client relationships
- Calling prospective clients to secure appointments.
- Targeting and developing clients through our databases and contacts
**Requirements**:
- Effectively bilingual in Indonesian and English to liaise with clients
- Sales experience will be an advantage, with strong consultative selling skills i.e. a proven track record of consultative selling, setting appointments, giving presentations, and closing.
- A result-oriented professional with self-confidence and a dynamic personality. Prior experience and achievement working in an organization that provides monthly and annual production targets based on individual performance quotas.
- Comfortable working with upscale, professional clientele
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to work without close supervision.
- Upbeat, professional and energetic phone skills.
- Analytical and proficient in MS Excel and Google Suite products
- Passionate about helping people.
- Work well with a team or individually
- Relentlessly driven for growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
**Benefits**
- Basic salary pay (ranging from IDR 5.5-7 mio) + competitive sales commission package excluding basic.
- No field work; you will be working comfortably in our cozy and fun office (SCBD, Jakarta Selatan).
- No shifting. You will work 5 days a week (Tue to Sat) from 10:00am to 7:00pm WIB.
