As part of our Nordic Field Service Team you will be a key part of delivering service to customers in Nordics within salmon filleting machines. This is an opportunity to work across mechanical, electrotechnical and controls and you will be working in close cooperation with customers and colleagues throughout customer base in the fish industry.

We imagine you will operate out of one our locations in Denmark, with the opportunity to travel from home to customer primarily across the Nordics countries and occasionally Globally. We expect approx. 110 travel days per year and a service car is included for this role. You will refer to our Field Service Manager, Nordics, who is based in Denmark but will visit the locations on an ongoing basis.

Joining a team of 35 Field Service Engineers in the Nordics you will become part of a united and like-minded team. This position is an important part of our service, so the successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a valuable difference in customer’s uptime and see the impact of their work up close.

**What you’ll be doing**:
We will provide you with the necessary training and onboarding to develop your technical skillset towards Marel Equipment and particularly competences within filleting processes. The job will give you a unique opportunity to make a difference for our customers and we, in Marel, are committed to supporting your learning and development. Your primary responsibilities will be:

- Supporting customer satisfaction and building good relationships with our customers organization.
- Service of Marel Install Base, primarily within filleting process equipment.
- Reporting from service jobs to customers and in our Field Service Management System.
- Troubleshooting and support as well as customer training.
- Installing Marel process equipment.
- Aftercare of new installations.
- Keeping in close contact with the customer and reporting on progress for on-going service activities.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a person who thrives to be on the road and stay connected with customers and colleagues across locations. We imagine you have experience on complex technical equipment and possess a structured mindset. To be successful in this role you are expected to:

- Have a technical degree from a college institute or engineering degree (with a hands-on mindset).
- Enjoy customer face-to-face interactions and can give the customer a good experience during service assignments.
- Hold competencies to conduct complex service execution, including trouble shooting and detailed reporting.
- Be fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages along a basic written and spoken English.
- It will be an advantage to have knowledge and insight to the Fish Industry.

You will join a team of talented and dedicated colleagues known for their high professionalism, great unity, informal work tone and big sense of responsibility. The work will be approx. 80% out on customers’ locations and 20% work from Marel location.
