**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
- Menyusun dan merencanakan strategi untuk rekrutmen
- Melakukan proses screening dan seleksi kandidat untuk berbagai posisi
- Mengelola data kandidat dan membuat laporan terkait proses rekrutmen
- Mengevaluasi proses rekrutmen dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan
- Mengikuti tren terbaru dalam dunia HR dan rekrutmen
**Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan**:
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 (Psikologi, Manajemen, Komunikasi atau bidang terkait).
- Usia mínimal 25 tahun dan maksimal 27 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun di bidang rekrutmen (diutamakan).
- Menguasai teknik wawancara, asesmen, dan alat tes psikologi.
- Keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Kemampuan multitasking.
