**Main Responsibilities**
Handling transactions with local vendors, monitoring SOP, checking PR and contract.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
- Ensuring the PR has been approved by each Department's Head.
- Creating & monitoring business process (SOP).
- System Improvement with related activities.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintaining historical records.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years working experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
- Brevet A & B tax license is a huge plus

**Working arrangement: Hybrid.**

**Office location: Mid Plaza 2, Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia.
