**Overview**: Join our team as a Livestreaming Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting promotional activities, translating and proofreading external communications, mastering in-app and external platforms, and handling data sorting and collection.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Live Streaming Community Building**: Build community SOPs, implement community operation workflows, review the entire conversion process, and take responsibility for the hosts' live broadcasts, engagement, and revenue within the community.
**2. Interaction and Content Management**: Plan content and activities, establish workflows and schedules, ensure content aligns with community goals and user needs, promptly respond to user comments and messages, encourage user interaction and participation, and improve community interaction and revenue metrics.
**3. Education GTM (Go-to-Market)**: Understand the platform's host and user education strategies, independently create and implement promotional plans for education projects, and enhance the reach and effectiveness of the education.
4. Continuously learn and adapt to new project demands and challenges.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Graduation in 2025 or later; able to commit to at least 4 days per week, with an internship duration of at least 4 months.
- Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, stress resistance, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ownership mindset.
