**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for initiating, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns
- Collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders from end to end, including working with internal brand growth team, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets), good at problem solving and able to solve issues with innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments; leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns' creative ideas and enhance brand awareness and influence
- Responsible for campaign monetization to optimize campaign revenue

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualification
- Proficiency in end-to-end process of developing IP/brand marketing campaigns
- Proven experience in owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
- Fluency in ecommerce, marketing campaigns and livestream language

Preferred Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestream or short videos
- English and local Indonesian language proficiency
