Job Type**:Contract (3 months)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all Livestream operations on TikTok and Shopee.
- Ensure smooth and efficient Livestream sessions, addressing any operational issues promptly.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored for Livestreaming to enhance viewer engagement and sales conversion.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and conduct data analysis to assess Livestream performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Hosts, Creators, and other marketing team members to optimize Livestream content and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve targeted results.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demand patterns.
- Use insights from research to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze key Livestreaming metrics and figures to track performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize future Livestreams.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to enhance and transform our TikTok Shop and Shopee presence.
- Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience

**Requirements**:

- Diploma's/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Livestreaming tools and technologies.
- Proven experience in managing Livestream operations, preferably on TikTok and Shopee.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
