**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the physiotherapy team to ensure high-quality therapeutic services aligned with clinic standards.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative physiotherapy programs, incorporating the latest treatment methods.
- Conduct assessments for patients needing physiotherapy interventions and coordinate care plans with the team.
- Provide training and mentorship to physiotherapy staff to enhance their professional skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory protocols in all physiotherapy services.
- Oversee the inventory and maintenance of medical equipment to ensure readiness and optimal functionality.
- Monitor team performance through regular assessments and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to create an integrated and effective patient care pathway.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Professional Physiotherapy, with an active license.
- At least 5 years of experience as a physiotherapist, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of the latest therapy methods and techniques, with the ability to implement evidence-based practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, their families, and colleagues across departments.
- Patient-service orientation with the ability to professionally handle complaints or issues as they arise.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using medical devices and clinic management software is a plus.
