Jobdesc:
- Memandu konsumen dan mitra kami dalam menggunakan produk kami
- Mengelola layanan pertanyaan dan perselisihan yang timbul dari konsumen dan mitra kami
- Memberikan layanan pelanggan yang sangat baik kepada basis konsumen dan mitra kami
- Menjaga hubungan baik dan upaya membangun komunitas dengan konsumen dan mitra kami
- Mendukung projek dari semua kategori termasuk pendaftaran, akuisisi, dan transaksi penjualan.
Tujuan Inti:
- Mengedukasi konsumen dan mitra mengenai produk-produk apps, dan kampanye promosi, serta memecahkan masalah ketika mereka mengalami kesulitan.
- Menyelesaikan permasalahan konsumen dan mitra secara cepat dan efektif dengan penuh empati dan kepedulian.
- Melakukan tugas administratif yang menyangkut rekening mitra (isi pulsa, perubahan informasi mitra, dll.)
Pengalaman / Kriteria Penting (Wajib):
- Min D3/S1 jurusan apa pun Dengan IPK 2,75
- Artikulasi yang jelas dan komunikasi yang baik in Bahasa
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang customer service atau sales area / telesales
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales
- Keterampilan mengetik dengan WPM 50 & Akurasi 90%
- Rasa Empati - Telah melakukan vaksinasi 3 dosis
- Energik
- Min. Lulusan baru dan maksimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama (entry-level)
- Adaptif terhadap perubahan dinamis
Pengalaman/Kriteria yang Diinginkan (Diutamakan): Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan komunikasi pasif mínimal
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan
Pendidikan:
- SMA/SMU/SMK (Diutamakan)
